Warehouse Sites

If you don't want to join a shopping club, you can still buy discount merchandise at discount sites. For example you can shop Buy.com for the lowest prices on computers, software, electronics, books, videos, games, music, sports, and clearance items.  

They also have a customer support page where you can track your orders, return items, cancel orders placed within the last 30 minutes, request to cancel backordered items, request a price match and more. I have found them to have the best price, or be within $5.00 of the best price, on most of the software I buy.
